CRFC announced Radiometres March 5 2020 Deadline

For those stations that are new or want assistance, the NCRA/ANREC will help with your application. You need to give us at least 3 business days to reply.  So reach-out early.  The CRFC will also assist, they have some webinars they are doing and you get extra access if you are a member.

Reminder, you must have a campus or community license (not necessary broadcasting) to access this. Unfortunately, Indigenous “Native B or Exempt” and online-only stations are not eligible.

The Community Radio Fund of Canada has launched its 10th round of funding for the Radiometres program.
Radiometres aims to achieve three long-term results for the campus and community radio sector, namely the enhancement of local programming; support, training and retention of volunteers; and community participation.
The funding distributed under Radiometres comes from Canada’s private broadcasters through a portion of their Canadian Content Development (CCD) contributions. These contributions are intended to fund initiatives that help create and promote quality audio content for broadcasting.
Eligible applicants are not-for-profit Canadian stations who hold a valid CRTC-issued campus or community radio broadcasting licence (as set out in Public Notice CRTC 2010- 499).
The Radiometres guidelines are available here.
