Succession Plan Instuctions
Hello Members
In the spring of 2023, the NCRA/ANREC staff embarked on building a succession plan for the NCRA/ANREC (which we have approved and are actively using).
We are thrilled to announce the updated version, designed specifically for not-for-profit radio stations when their station manager (or other vital positions) leave the station, planned or not.
This is a “fill-in-the-blanks” type document with very detailed support notes. We want to point out that customizing this will take an estimated 1 hour, and we recommend that your board of directors approve this policy. We encourage all stations to adopt this at the local level. It’s designed so you can include your station information and have a solid policy to address turnover at your station and save hours building a strong policy like this.
