NCRC38 Keynote Announcement and 15 Early Bird Tickets Left

We wanted to let you all know that there are only 15 early-bird tickets left for the NCRC38 happening in Toronto. Once they are gone, only the full-price tickets will be available. For traveling purposes, the welcome party kicks things off at 8 pm on Monday, June 3rd, and the Gala is Thursday night, June 6th. We encourage you to also book your rooms sooner than later, as there is limited space.

We are also excited to announce that we have confirmed our second keynote for the NCRC taking place on Thursday.

The Keynote: Addressing Sexual Harassment in the Music & Media Industry

Featuring: Viktoria Belle the founder of the Dandelion Initiative which is led by survivors of sexual violence and provides Safer Bars & Spaces Training.

And, Carly Lewis a Toronto area journalist and writer who has written extensively on sexual assault, gender and sexuality within Toronto, specifically the music and media industry.

The NCRA/ANREC is also pleased to announce that Health Canada will be joining us for the ‘Socially Responsible Promotion of Cannabis’ session, along with Ad Standards and Canopy Growth.

We are still looking for more presenters from campus and community radio stations to join us. Don’t forget you can apply to present here: https://forms.gle/JFKpciWXHRNSoyq67

The Event App for the NCRC38 will be released on the 8th of May. We will be releasing an outline of our schedule very soon.

If you have any questions please let us know.
