The NCRA is working with Earbank to launch a free, co-operative news exchange; it will allow member stations to access a shared library of current audio clips and actualities. In addition to contributing clips, stations will have the option to post their clips in a public audio marketplace, and earn money when their clips are licensed to audio buyers such as documentary filmmakers and educational publishers.
